Bergamo, a founder of the NMC 1st world meeting for sustainable development, advocating a long-term approach to world development, is kicking off the conference with a speech on the need to build an international network. This international network should be able to lobby on a day-by-day basis to advocate for a long-term approach in world issues. He’s talking an open-source network, kicked off with the 500 or so delegates here, to keep this dialogue going on local and international levels.
