After fleeing the planned “DJ event” (without water or other supplements) to a Bangladeshi run pizzeria in the “dangerous” end of Bari, we resumed the workshops this morning. Considerably groggier than yesterday. I’ll be working on the Revision Paper which basically summarizes the Action Plans each Forced Migration sup-topic will be working on. Our topics include the Role of Youth, Government and Regulations, Educational Tools and Media. The point of the overall workshop is to offer concrete actions that can be taken in various areas to improve the situation for migrants in their new homes. If you have suggestions, let us know!
